Hydraulic Performance Testing
Our Hydraulic Performance Testing facilities use precision instrumentation and automated systems to evaluate pump efficiency, flow rate, and head performance across a wide range of operating conditions. These tests are essential for validating design accuracy, optimizing energy use, and ensuring compliance with international standards. Our testing setups can accommodate capacities up to 500 m³/h, enabling accurate performance mapping for both standard and customized pump solutions.
Materials & Corrosion Laboratory
The Materials & Corrosion Laboratory is dedicated to assessing the long-term chemical resistance of high-performance thermoplastics such as PP, PVDF, UHMW-PE, and PFA. Equipped with advanced immersion tanks, accelerated aging chambers, and chemical exposure rigs, this lab ensures every ALFA PUMPS product meets strict durability benchmarks. These facilities allow us to replicate real-world process conditions for applications in chlor-alkali, metal processing, mining, and other highly corrosive environments.
Prototype Development & Testing Unit
Our Prototype Development & Testing Unit is equipped with state-of-the-art machining, fabrication, and assembly facilities to produce and evaluate new pump designs. Each prototype undergoes rigorous operational trials, including vibration analysis, thermal performance checks, and extended duty cycle testing. This integrated approach allows us to refine designs for maximum efficiency, reliability, and ease of maintenance before they go into full-scale production.
