MECHANICALLY SEAL ED PUMPS
EXCELLENT CHEMICAL RESISTANCE
Manufactured using corrosion-resistant thermoplastics such as PP, PVDF, PFA, and PE-UHMW, the NKP Series ensures safe handling of aggressive acids, alkalis, and chemically contaminated fluids.
MECHANICAL SEAL DESIGN
Equipped with a robust single mechanical seal system (per ISO 5199), NKP pumps offer a proven and service-friendly sealing method, ideal for continuous-duty and safety-critical applications.
ISO STANDARD COMPLIANCE
Designed according to ISO 2858 and ISO 5199, the NKP Series ensures standardized dimensions, easy replacement, and compatibility with global process systems.
HIGH DURABILITY BEARING FRAME
The pump’s reinforced bearing pedestal is designed for maximum reliability and extended service life, even under the most demanding industrial conditions.
BACK-PULL-OUT CONSTRUCTION
Maintenance is simplified with a back-pull-out design that allows quick access to internal components without dismantling pipework or realigning the motor.
OPTIMIZED HYDRAULIC PERFORMANCE
Engineered for high efficiency and energy savings, the NKP Series delivers strong flow rates and pressure capabilities with low operating costs.
WIDE APPLICATION RANGE

PP (Polypropylene): Suitable for temperatures ranging from 0°C to 90°C, offering excellent resistance to many inorganic acids with good wear properties. It is a cost-effective solution for general chemical applications.
PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride): Withstands temperatures from -20°C to 125°C, providing high resistance to strong acids, bases, and solvents. It offers superior mechanical strength and thermal stability.
UHMW-PE (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene): Handles temperatures from -30°C to 95°Cand is ideal for abrasive fluids with slurry concentrations up to 60%. It offers outstanding wear resistance and chemical compatibility.
PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy Alkane): Suitable for extreme chemical environments, withstanding temperatures from -30°C to 170°C. It is highly resistant to hazardous and carcinogenic fluids, making it an excellent alternative to exotic alloys
